Ground up construction of a 102,000 square foot BJ’s Wholesale Club from a pad ready site.

The main building structure consists of tilt-up concrete wall panels supported by a structural stee land bar joist frame and finished with a TPO roof and polished concrete slab on grade.

Interior upfit includes interior offices on a mezzanine frame includes:

2,200 sf liquor shop

3-bay tire and auto center

Deli, bakery, and meat prep areas as well as cooled and frozen food storage and displays.
