DESCRIPTION

The project began with preconstruction activities including procurement and permitting, followed by the installation of long lead items such as overhead doors and metal panels.

Key construction phases included demolition, concrete and masonry work, framing, and the installation of MEP systems and electrical components. Significant site work and exterior improvements were made, including fencing and a dumpster enclosure.

The renovation successfully modernized the facility and was completed on schedule.
