Gleeson Constructors, this expansive 56-acre shopping center has remained a thriving retail hub, anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and 80,000 SF of specialty retail shops. The project was designed and constructed to support long-term economic growth, providing a convenient and accessible shopping destination for the community.

Due to the evolving needs of retailers and shoppers, C.E. Gleeson Constructors returned to enhance the facility with a $1 million renovation and repair project.
