DESCRIPTION

This project included new construction and renovation work for a Krispy Kreme location. The structure features reinforced masonry walls with brick and stucco finishes for durability. Steel framing supports the curved façade and large storefront glass installations.

Construction integrated insulated wall panels for energy efficiency and a robust MEP system to handle commercial baking operations. Interior work included food-grade finishes and structural adjustments to optimize the production line layout.
