Key tasks for the Menards projects included grading, utility tie-ins, and asphalt paving to prepare the site, followed by foundation excavation, precast panel installation, and structural steel erection.

The build-out featured masonry, metal framing, roofing, HVAC, and extensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) rough-ins. Interior finishes included drywall, painting, ceramic tile, and diamond-hard flooring. A final cleanup and punch list ensured readiness for operations on schedule.
