DESCRIPTION

This project was new construction of a mixed-use restaurant and bar. High-strength brick masonry and structural steel were used for durability and large window support. Renovations reinforced the existing structure and integrated modern MEP systems for high occupancy. The result is a seamless blend of traditional brickwork with updated construction standards.
