DESCRIPTION

This project combined new construction and partial renovation to create a mixed-use restaurant and bar. Work included structural integration of new and existing sections, with brick masonry and steel framing for durability.

Renovations upgraded HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet high-occupancy needs, and fire-rated partitions and custom finishes ensured safety and aesthetic cohesion.
